Resort

SandPiper Solutions Inc. is a multi-disciplinary corporation led by experienced project management/landman professionals. SandPiper is launching an innovative tourism venture that transforms traditional agricultural grain bins into boutique, lakeside rental cottages on Lake McGregor, just south of Milo, Alberta.

This opportunity responds to strong demand for travel while offering a first-to-market, competition-free opportunity within a rapidly growing tourism sector. With a modest entry investment and strong projected returns, SandPiper is well-positioned to introduce a destination that attracts families, couples, event groups, and outdoor enthusiasts year-round.

SandPiper seeks a minimum raise of one million, seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars for phase 1, with options for equity or financing, to kick-start our resort, in which SandPiper will own and operate.

There are no grain bin resorts, and a future barn-shaped boutique hotel, with accommodations, spa, corporate retreat, or similar experiential lakefront stays within the region.

SandPiper’s growth will include a purchase of an old-fashioned steamboat to host dinner cruises, weddings, events, etc.

This recognizes SandPiper as a first-mover and puts them in a monopoly position.
